Investing in training customized for your team can address a variety of topics: defining or redefining your culture, addressing operational issues, developing agency-specific staff training around culture, service or more, even professional development for your leadership team or advisory board.

Our First Call
We'll start with a brief virtual meeting to discuss your training needs. I'm going to ask a lot of questions, and you'll probably have some questions for me as well! I'll use this as a basis to build a custom proposal for your organization.

Proposal
I'll prepare a detailed proposal for you including a high-level discussion of how I'll meet the needs we talked about in our initial call. You'll have a chance to review and ask for any revisions to make sure that we get started on the right foot! Once everything looks correct, we'll schedule a date for training(s).

Pre-Training Work
I'll work with you to engage key stakeholders such as full-time leaders, part-time leaders and others via digital surveys. Using our initial discussions and the survey responses, I'll begin to develop your training outline. For trainings that include custom deliverables such as training guides or decks, I'll also work closely with you to make sure that deliverables honor your brand guidelines! About 14 days before training, I'll provide a training outline for you, and we'll schedule a call to touch base about any outstanding items.

Training Delivery
During training, we'll keep the lines of communication open, the team engaged, and the key objectives intact.
For those agencies that choose multi-day trainings (such as content development, train the trainer, and initial delivery to your team), we'll touch base between stages to make sure that we stay on track and pivot where needed.
If training deliverables are included, you'll receive digital copies of your materials within seven (7) days of the training completion.
